Strategic Infrastructure Roadmap

Coupled with our IT Systems Audit, we will discuss with management the business requirements, both in the present and into the medium-term future. Collating this information helps us to plan out and align your company’s IT Infrastructure with the business needs. We will set this out in a document we call the Strategic Infrastructure Roadmap, which will span the next three years, setting out the following:

• The status of the existing IT Infrastructure
• The stated current and future anticipated business requirements
• The desired IT Infrastructure to deliver on those business requirements
• The steps to be taken, timeline, and the anticipated budgetary costs to deliver that IT Infrastructure

When all of this is agreed upon, we have a 3-year plan to provide an IT Infrastructure to deliver on the business requirements, thus enabling the business to plan and budget for growth.
